Kissimmee Runners

First and foremost, welcome to Kissimmee Runners! I am Dave and I started this group because I miss running in groups. I've only been in the Orlando area since October and everyone keeps telling me that there are plenty of running groups around here, but I'm having a hard time finding anything that doesn't require me to drive an hour each way at 4:00 AM or 6:00 PM. I love to run, but I also love spending time with my wife and adding 2 hours to my already increasingly long run isn't conducive to that. So, I started this Meetup group because I miss running in groups and I know that there are other people who would like to do group runs much closer to home. That's where you all come in! What can this group do for you? I don't know. I would like for it to be all of the things you are looking for in a group. Here are a few things I would like from the group: I want it to be convenient, comfortable, educational and friendly. I want it to push you! I want it to push me!! (Notice this one gets 2 exclamation marks) I want it to have people who are fast! I want it to have people who are slow!! I want it to be a sanctuary where my mind can heal from a long day/week at work. I want to meet people who run (or would like to start running). While I am the one who started this group, and I am more than happy to do the legwork of finding running routes, organizing the Meetups, providing water and sharing my experiences, I have no intention of making this running grou
